Orlando may be a giant playground but this 3-day meeting at the Gaylord Palms was all business, with a focus on raising the industry bar “right here, right now”. HGP was engaged to help deliver our client’s key messages to 1,000+ store managers in general sessions, breakouts and an awards program. Delivery methods included videos we shot on location to showcase in-store best practices, followed by an onstage peer-to-peer panel with those participants; dynamic graphics to engage the audience and reinforce the company’s multiple brands; a game show to test attendees’ newly-acquired knowledge (with all winnings going to charity); and a closing highlights video featuring attendees’ sharing their “take-aways”.
