William Purves, Vice President

Bill joined HGP in 1994 and has extensive experience in the smooth execution of events, from intimate leadership meetings to arena experiences for several thousand.  He has served as client and venue liaison for a wide range of corporate and association clients throughout the U.S.

Educated at Tufts University and Yale University School of Drama, Bill was for many years a Navy ship commanding officer, an experience not dissimilar to preparing and producing a major event.

Bill has been publicly honored for his leadership and contributions to the community including the founding of the San Diego Performing Arts League, and has served on a number of non-profit cultural and church related boards and committees.
